If you are worried about your joints, you'll find that people of all ages are taking advantage of the pools in their area. While some people prefer to swim laps, other people love water aerobics. You can work up a real sweat doing this, as the resistance of the water both forces you to work hard and supports your limbs and joints at the same time.

Some people are concerned about the harm that they can do their bodies when they exercise, but the experts all agree that you will do yourself a great deal more harm by not exercising than by exercising! Chances are, he'll be ecstatic that you are interested in taking care of your health in this fashion, and he'll be able to recommend some excellent ways to stay healthy.
